Shipping and Return Policy
We ship USPS exclusively for the United States. When your order ships we will automatically notify you of your shipment using the email address you provided during the checkout process.
If you shipped Priority Mail, you can track your shipment by visiting USPS online tracking here and enter your tracking number.
We do not ship international at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT PRIMEPIMPIN.COM.
Most items purchased from PRIMEPIMPIN.COM can be returned for exchange only within 10 business days of receiving your order.
To return products, you must call us at 1-800-385-PIMP (7467) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive verification. To expedite the process of your credit, Prime Pimpin expects you to return the products to Prime Pimpin in their original packaging within 10 business days of the date that Prime Pimpin verifies and confirms your return.
YOU MUST PREPAY SHIPPING CHARGES AND INSURE THE SHIPMENT OR ACCEPT THE RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT.
Returned products must be in as-new condition. Items must have all of the tags and labels attached as well as be in the same, perfect condition they were sent to you: unworn, unused, unwashed.
There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items, limited edition items, special promotions and where otherwise noted. Once you buy from us, the pimp is with you forever.
